ONE POOL combines tote bets from the three local tote pools (NSWTAB, SuperTAB, and UniTAB) into one larger pool, creating a single dividend for all customers regardless of their location.
ONE POOL currently applies to Australian domestic racing.
International commingling arrangements continue separately and remain subject to the betting rules of the relevant host Totalisator.

When International totalisator pools are being pooled into a ONE POOL, the symbol
is displayed next to the totalisator pool total.

On select races ONE POOL will be participating in World Pool.
When this occurs, NSWTAB, SuperTAB, and UniTAB will all be combined, along with other International totalisators into ONE POOL, and then ONE POOL will participate in World Pool.

Pooling of Totalisator pools is the process where one or more Totalisator organisations, combines their wagering pool with another. This has been occurring in Victoria for many years, as Western Australia and the Australian Capital Territory pool most of their Totalisator pools with our Victorian Totalisator to form SuperTAB.
International pooling extends this process of combining wagering pools to include international Totalisator organisations.
When international totalisator pools are being pooled into NSWTAB, SuperTAB, and UniTAB, the symbol
is displayed next to the totalisator pool total.
When NSWTAB, SuperTAB, and UniTAB is pooling into an international totalisator, the symbol
is displayed next to the totalisator pool total.

If you're placing a bet into a pool with international pooling, you can bet with more confidence as bigger Totalisator pools will lead to fewer fluctuations in dividends, giving you more certainty.
There may be limited instances where international pooling becomes unavailable (e.g. an unforeseen system outage or unscheduled maintenance by the international Totalisator). If this occurs, TAB will run a domestic pool, and as a result, pool totals and dividends may change.
