What are 'My Offers'?
'My Offers' are personalised promotional offers made available to Eligible Participants on the TAB app and tab.com.au. They include:
- Daily Bonus Bet Offers (such as Saver and Boost) which appear in your Available Token List within the 'My Offers' platform. For racing, these can be used once per bet, per event, and on races taking place on the same day the offer is valid. For sport, they can be used once per bet. Daily Bonus Bet Offers expire at the end of each day (Sports at midnight and Racing at 3am).
- Pump offers, which boost your odds and pay your winnings as cash rather than a Bonus Bet.
- Featured Offers, which are pre-built bets shown as offer cards on your Home, Race Card, and Sports Match pages.
How do I view 'My Offers'?
On the TAB app: tap your balance at the top of the app to expand the global header, then tap 'My Offers'. You'll also see available offers in your bet slip, and personalised Featured Offer cards on the Home, Race Card, and Sports Match pages. Always make sure you're using the latest version of the app.
On tab.com.au: your available offers appear in your bet slip when you add a selection, and Featured Offer cards appear on the relevant Home, Racing, and Sports pages.
What are the usage restrictions on 'My Offers'?
The following restrictions and conditions apply to 'My Offers':
Racing: For racing 'Win' Bonus Bet Offers, minimum numbers of runners apply: 6 Greyhound Racing, 6 Harness Racing, 8 Thoroughbred Racing. Bonus Bet Offers can only be used once per bet, per event, and on races taking place on the same day an offer is valid.
Sport: Sports 'Saver' and 'Boost' Bonus Bet Offers can be used for bets on future matches. Bonus Bet Offers can only be used once per bet.
General: Minimum odds apply depending on the offer type. Please refer to individual Bonus Bet Offer Types for minimum odds requirements.
What is a 'Saver' offer?
'Saver' Bonus Bet Offers give you your stake back as a Bonus Bet (up to a designated maximum amount) if your bet doesn't win and you meet the specified criteria.
What is a 'Boost' offer?
'Boost' Bonus Bet Offers give you a Bonus Bet if your bet wins. The Bonus Bet amount is based on a percentage of your winnings (that is, the payout amount of your winning bet, which excludes your stake).
What is a 'Pump' offer?
Pump offers boost the odds on eligible bets by applying a percentage increase (for example, +5%). Unlike Saver or Boost offers, which pay Bonus Bets, Pump returns are paid as cash winnings. Pump offers have individual maximum stake and maximum payout limits shown on the offer.
What are 'Featured Offers'?
Featured Offers are personalised offers shown as visual cards on your Home page, Race Card (under the "My Offers" tab), and Sports Match page. Each card shows a specific pre-built bet with the selections, odds, and offer details. Tap the odds button on a card to add that bet to your slip with the offer attached. Featured Offers include Saver, Boost, Reload, and Pump offer types.
How often do 'My Offers' refresh?
Daily Bonus Bet Offers refresh daily, with Racing Bonus Bet Offers at 3am and Sports Bonus Bet Offers at midnight. Pump and Featured Offers do not follow this cycle. They have individual expiry times shown on each offer card.
How do I activate a 'My Offers' offer?
It depends on the offer type, and most offers work the same way on the TAB app and tab.com.au:
- Daily Bonus Bet Offers: tap 'My Offers' in your bet slip and select the offer you want to apply to your bet.
- Pump: tap the 'Pump' button in your bet slip.
- Featured Offers: tap the odds button on the card and the bet is added to your slip with the offer already attached.
How do I change or swap a 'My Offers' offer after I've activated it?
If you've applied a 'My Offers' Bonus Bet Offer to a bet but haven't placed the bet yet, you can swap it with another available Bonus Bet Offer by tapping the 'Swap' option on your bet slip.
Can I use a 'My Offers' offer and another offer type at the same time?
Only one offer type can be applied per bet. 'My Offers' offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer type, including Pump. If you apply one, you will not be able to apply another. Pump is also limited to one bet per bet slip, so if your slip contains multiple bets, only one of them can have Pump applied at a time.
What happens if I use a 'My Offers' offer on a runner that's scratched?
The Bonus Bet Offer will be returned to you.
Can I use a racing 'Saver' offer on an 'each way' bet?
Yes, but the Bonus Bet Offer will only apply to the 'win' component of the bet.
If I use an SGM offer and my bet is voided, will I get the offer back?
Yes, the Bonus Bet Offer will be returned to you.
What happens if I use a 'My Offers' offer on an event which has a 'Featured Promos' offer?
Where your 'My Offers' offer is the same as a general TAB Promotion offer, you will not be eligible for the general TAB Promotion, and only your 'My Offers' offer will be applied to your bet.
What if I don't want to use or view 'My Offers' offers?
If you don't want to use or view 'My Offers' offers, you can call our Customer Service Team on 131 802 and request to have them removed from your account. If you do this, all promotions and offers will be removed from your account.
Can I use 'My Offers' on tab.com.au?
Yes. My Offers, including Pump, are available on both the TAB app and tab.com.au. Make sure you're using the latest version of the app for the full experience.
Pump
What bet types are eligible for Pump?
Pump can apply to: Racing Fixed Odds Win, Tote Win, Tote Exotics (Quinella, Exacta, Trifecta, First 4, Treble, Early Quaddie, Quaddie), Same Race Multi (SRM), Same Game Multi (SGM), Sports Singles, Sports Multi, and Racing Fixed Odds Multi (all-up). On tote bets, Pump applies to the Win dividend only, so the place dividend and place-only bets are not boosted. The specific eligible bet types depend on the individual offer, so check your offer details.
How do I activate Pump?
It depends on the offer type:
- From the bet slip (app and tab.com.au): Add your bet as normal, then tap the "Pump" button in the promotions bar. Your odds will be boosted.
- From a Featured Offer card: Tap the odds button on the offer card, and the bet is added to your slip with the pump offer pre-attached.
Is Pump available on tab.com.au?
Yes. Pump is available on both the TAB app and tab.com.au.
Is there a maximum stake or payout with Pump?
Yes. Each Pump offer has its own maximum stake limit and maximum potential payout limit, specific to that offer. If your stake or potential payout exceeds the limit, the Pump button becomes unavailable with an explanatory message. You can reduce your stake to re-enable it.
What does the "+X% PUMPED" badge mean?
The "+X% PUMPED" badge (for example, "+5% PUMPED") appears on Tote Win bets. Because the tote dividend isn't final until the pool closes, the badge shows the boost percentage being added rather than a set price. For Fixed Odds bets, your boosted odds are shown directly with a "PUMPED" label, since the price is already known when you place the bet. Either way, the updated potential return is shown on your bet slip.
Why is my offer showing as unavailable?
Some offers are "Venue Exclusive", meaning they can only be used when you are physically at a TAB venue. If you see an offer that appears greyed out or shows "Offer unavailable", you may need to visit your nearest TAB to activate it. Tap "Find a Venue" for directions. Non-venue offers are usable anywhere.
Can I use Pump with other offers?
No. Only one promotional offer can be applied to a bet at a time. Pump cannot be used together with Saver, Boost, Reload, or Bonus Bets. If you activate Pump, any other applied offer will be removed. Pump is also limited to one bet per bet slip, so if your bet slip contains multiple bets, only one of them can have Pump applied at a time.
What happens if my runner is scratched from a pumped bet?
If a selection in your pumped bet is scratched or voided, the Pump offer will be returned to you and your bet refunded per TAB's standard scratching policy.
Can I use Pump on place bets?
No. Pump applies to the Win component only. On tote bets it boosts the Win dividend only, and the place dividend is not boosted. For Fixed Odds bets, the Place field is disabled when Pump is active. For multi bets (Sports Multi or Racing Multi), Pump cannot be applied at all if any leg in the multi is placed as a "Place" bet.
When do Pump offers expire?
Each Pump offer has its own expiry time shown on the card. They do not follow the standard 3am/midnight refresh cycle used by daily Bonus Bet offers.
How many times can I use a Pump offer?
The number of uses depends on the offer. Some are single-use, while others allow multiple uses within the validity period. The remaining number of uses is shown on your offer card.
Are pumped bets subject to deductions?
Yes. Pump does not change how deductions work. For Fixed Odds bets, if a runner is scratched after you place your bet, normal Fixed Odds deductions apply to your payout in the usual way. The pump boosts your odds, and standard Fixed Odds deduction rules are then applied as they would be on any Fixed Odds bet.
